How we use information to handle orders, deliveries and enquiries.
Order information
We collect your name, email, phone, shipping address, selected items and payment status. Corporate enquiries also include your organisation and submitted notes.
Payment processing
When enabled, Stripe processes payments and receives details required for checkout. TIYZI does not receive or store full card numbers or security codes. Payment status is verified server-side.
Use & access
The verified owner manages orders through restricted admin access. Customers can view their own records. Guest order access requires a browser-held token; an order link alone does not grant access.
Browser storage
Your bag is stored on your device. Guest checkout keeps an access token in the browser tab. Do not share it. If storage is cleared or you change browsers, contact TIYZI with your order reference.
Corrections & deletion
For correction or deletion requests, WhatsApp 016-709 1071. Records needed for purchases or applicable obligations may be retained.
Accounts & external services
Optional sign-in and admin access use ChatGPT accounts through our hosting provider. TIYZI does not receive your password. WhatsApp, Instagram and Stripe have their own privacy policies.
