Can I order one piece?＋
Yes. Retail starts at one piece. Custom corporate orders start at 10.
How long will my preorder take?＋
Estimated ready time is 1–3 weeks after payment confirmation. Review the product and checkout details before paying.
How much is shipping?＋
Free delivery over RM200 after discounts. RM10 for other orders.
How do I order?＋
Choose your piece, size and pattern. Add to bag and enter your address. Guest checkout is available once online payments open.
Can I use a promo code?＋
Enter one code per order in your bag or checkout. Minimum spend, dates and usage limits may apply. Shipping is excluded.
Are online payments available?＋
Payments open after gateway setup and testing. If checkout says payments are unavailable, no payment can be made yet.
How do I track my order?＋
Save your order reference. Guests should return using the same browser session. Signed-in purchases also appear in your account.
Can I request a custom team design?＋
Visit Corporate to discuss your pattern and logo. Separate pricing and terms apply.
